Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 · Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. (Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs). Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight: Kathmandu

Day 2 · Kathmandu City Tour

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour covering: • Kathmandu Durbar Square – a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing traditional Nepalese architecture. • Swayambhunath Stupa – also known as the Monkey Temple, perched on a hilltop with panoramic views. • Patan Durbar Square – famous for its artistic courtyards and temples. Overnight: Kathmandu

Day 3 · Spiritual Heritage of Kathmandu

Enjoy breakfast and explore more of Kathmandu’s sacred sites: • Pashupatinath Temple – one of the holiest Hindu temples in the world. • Boudhanath Stupa – one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal. • Bhaktapur Durbar Square – an ancient royal palace complex filled with cultural and architectural marvels. Overnight: Kathmandu

Day 4 · Kathmandu to Pokhara

After breakfast, drive to the picturesque city of Pokhara (approx. 6–7 hours under normal conditions). Enjoy scenic views along the way. Overnight: Pokhara

Day 5 · Exploring Pokhara

Post breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour including: • Bindhyabasini Temple • Seti River Gorge • Devi’s Fall • Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave Later, enjoy a serene one-hour boat ride on Phewa Lake. Overnight: Pokhara

Day 6 · Hiking

Experience After breakfast, transfer to Naudanda and begin a scenic hike to Sarangkot, renowned for its panoramic Himalayan views. You will be picked up from Sarangkot and transferred back to your hotel. Overnight: Pokhara

Day 7 · Return to Kathmandu

Drive back to Kathmandu after breakfast. Enjoy your evening at leisure for shopping or relaxation. Overnight: Kathmandu

Day 8 · Fly to Bhutan – Paro to Thimphu

After early breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Paro, Bhutan (Druk Air, 09:45–11:05). On arrival, proceed to Thimphu (1-hour drive). Visit the impressive Tashichho Dzong, the seat of Bhutan's government and the summer residence of the central monastic body. Overnight: Thimphu

Day 9 · Thimphu Sightseeing

Today’s sightseeing includes: • Memorial Chorten • Folk Heritage Museum • National Institute for Zorig Chusum (Arts & Crafts School) • National Library • Junghi Handmade Paper Factory • National Institute of Traditional Medicine • Motithang Takin Preserve (home to Bhutan's national animal) • Weekend Market (if available) • Bhutan Postal Museum – where you can create your own postage stamp! Overnight: Thimphu

Day 10 · Thimphu to Punakha (via Dochula Pass)

After breakfast, drive to Punakha (approx. 3 hours), stopping en route at the scenic Dochula Pass with panoramic Himalayan views and 108 chortens. Visit: • Chimi Lhakhang – the fertility temple dedicated to the "Divine Madman" Lama Drukpa Kunley. Overnight: Punakha

Day 11 · Punakha Exploration

Begin the day with a hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, a majestic stupa built to promote peace and harmony. Later, visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of the Pho and Mo Chu rivea masterpiece of Bhutanese architecture and a historic seat of Bhutanese royalty. Overnight: Punakha

Day 12 · Punakha to Paro

Drive to Paro (approx. 4 hours). Upon arrival, explore: • National Museum of Bhutan (Ta Dzong) – housing ancient art and artifacts. • Paro Dzong (Rinpung Dzong) – a fortress-monastery of great spiritual and historical significance. Overnight: Paro

Day 13 · Fly Back to Kathmandu & Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Paro Airport for your return flight to Kathmandu (Druk Air, 11:40–12:40). On arrival, connect to your international flight for onward travel.
