Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 · Arrive Delhi Arrival in Delhi
After a traditional welcome at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2 · Delhi – Haridwar (230 km / 7 hrs)
Drive to Haridwar, the spiritual gateway to the Himalayas. Visit temples or witness the enchanting Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 3 · Haridwar – Dehradun – Mussoorie
Haridwar – Dehradun – Mussoorie – Barkot (200 km / 7 hrs) Scenic drive via Dehradun and Mussoorie to Barkot, the base point for the Yamunotri trek. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 4 · Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (45 km drive + 6 km trek)
Drive to Jankichatti and begin the 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple. Take a holy dip in the hot springs, perform rituals, and trek back. Return to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot. Optional: • Pony:• Doli:
Day 5 · Barkot – Uttarkashi (90 km / 4 hrs)
Drive to Uttarkashi via Prakateshwar Mahadev Cave. Visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 6 · Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km one way) Day excursion to Gangotri Temple. Take a dip in the Bhagirathi River, offer prayeand explore the scenic surroundings. Return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 7 · Uttarkashi – Sitapur (260 km / 8 hrs)
Drive to Sitapur or Phata, near the Kedarnath base point. Complete biometric registration for Kedarnath visit. Overnight stay in Sitapur.
Day 8 · Sitapur – Kedarnath – Sitapur Trek
Sitapur – Kedarnath – Sitapur Trek or take a helicopter to Kedarnath Temple. Perform darshan and return to Sitapur. Overnight stay in Sitapur. Optional: • Pony:• Doli:• Helicopter ride available at extra cost
Day 9 · Sitapur – Chopta – Badrinath (230 km / 9 hrs)
Visit Ukhimath and continue to Chopta, known for its alpine meadows and panoramic Himalayan views. Optional short trek to Tungnath Temple (3 km). Proceed to Badrinath. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 10 · Badrinath – Rudraprayag/Pipalkoti (180 km / 4 hrs)
Visit Badrinath Temple after a holy dip in Tapt Kund. Explore the temple compound and Mana Village, the last village near the Indo-Tibetan border. Later, drive to Rudraprayag or Pipalkoti. Overnight stay.
Day 11 · Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar (235 km / 7 hrs)
Drive back toward Haridwar. En route visit Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers merge into the Ganges. Visit Rishikesh landmarks such as Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and prominent ashrams. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 12 · Haridwar – Delhi (200 km / 6 hrs) and Departure
After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
